I get annoyed seeing Buzzy working with pitchers in the bullpen.

Dion Sanders was a MUCH better college CB than Saban, doesn't make him better at coaching the position.

There are couple of people in this thread who don't understand what is going on.

I sit right in front of te bullpen... Row 1. Buzzy is nothing but the babysitter. He doesn't make one comment while they warm up. Just send signals when they are ready

People that had to work hard to become good at what they do are better coaches. Players that have so much natural ability usually are not capable of conveying that to those they teach.
