Well, at least that's a bit more clever than posting bad jokes you just read in another thread.

because kicking someone in the head when they are on the ground is a bitch move

Are you saying there were no other bitch moves in the fight? no one jumped anyone from behind or blindsided anyone? It is a fight, outside of a bar at 1:30 in the morning. Both sides have to be at fault. If the 4 "victims" were indeed the instigators they got what they deserved. This is just another example of the pussification of america.

You do not like that analysis?

thats a reasonable defense to be posed during trial. self defense is affirmative and should be presented then.

if they find that his actions were mitigated, can they just refuse to arrest, or isn't that a matter for trial?

If he his charged with a battery, he should be suspended indefinitely, but not kicked off. Unless the players are convicted of a felony, they shouldn't be kicked off, but they SHOULD be suspended and severely.

If you do something stupid, you pay the consequences.

Wait, wait. I'm pretty sure kicking someone in the head has warranted a felony charge way before you all became pussies.

Only problem i see with keeping him on the team is the distraction continues during the whole event. JJ also remains a larger news story if he is still on the team.

We have MNC talent, if this comes to an arrested all parties may be better served parting ways.
