I mean we just beat a 5-1 team by 15. Was it pretty? No. But that’s more of a positive than negative. It shows we can win in multiple ways. Not just by offense and not just by defense

After watching post game presser I was glad to see Wade was aa pissed off as I was. Usually he's more animated on the sidelines. this can be a very elite team. they aren't there yet on the offensive side but they are definitely one of the top 25 teams in the country. The mark of a good team is to be able to win when you don't play your best. He'll get it worked out but no we are not a top tier team yet. But we will be.

I couldn't watch the two games last week, but I've seen the rest of them and this was by far the worst performance I've seen. After the first 10 minutes when we were up 18, the offense got totally stagnant and there was way too much iso and guys just jacking shots.
Anyway. Pretty dumb to make an overall assessment of the team based on only watching one game.

Both of their starting forwards are 6'8" white dudes that get 15pts per game lol and most of the contributors are all veteran players
their starting 5 was avg right at or over 40% shooting from 3pt range coming into tonight.
It's been a long stretch with a much needed break. We have been able to try many different looks to figure out what works and what doesn't going into conference play.

You watched the whole game and didn't make one comment about how LSU's D was so good early that Ohio didn't score a single point until the 11:30 mark in the game? I've never seen anything like that in my life. Ohio then played hard, got hot for a few minutes, and even tied the game at one point (credit to them). But it took a lot out of them and they wore down right after LSU turned up the D a notch with traps and LSU blew them out by the end.
LSU had a stupid shot selection with all the 3s when they got up so big and they had a lot of lazy turnovers tonight which hasn't been the case most of the year, so you're right about them being out of control tonight. But they've dominated all but 1 team and some of those teams were pretty good. You can't be any better than 8-0 right now if you're LSU. And in the end this was another 15-point blow out.

They are a pretty good team just need to make a few coaching adjustments and they will be fine. Need more post up play from Days instead of him shooting threes all the time. Terrible shot selection is the biggest problem I see with this team, hopefully General Wade can get this fixed, other than that this team is something special and I love watching them play. Boot up and geaux tigers.

Well if we’re going by one game observations now, Kentucky looked equally or worse than we did against this same Ohio team. So maybe they should be unranked as well.
