Sad what our home field has become the past couple years.

Our bad coaching made it this way.

Yes, yes it is.

So its the final drive and LSU is down by 4 points and you leave because of the coach?

So if it was the same scenario and Saban was the coach you would have stayed?

I call bull shite. Anybody who leaves with the game in question, I wonder how much they like football in general.

I didnt know we went to the games because of the coach. I thought we went to the games because of LSU and the PLAYERS that play for LSU.

Even though LSU played like shite against Tennessee, it was an exciting finish, and I was glad I was there to see it.

I would love to personally slap each and every one the thousands of negative LSU fans/Arm Chair QB's/wanna be coaches. You only make our fans look lousy to the rest of the country, and more importantly players we would like to recruit to play for us in the future. Please realize nothing you say or do will impact the choices the coaches make, or the way the players perform. However booing your own team/coaches at the stadium can indeed have a negative effect on our players performance and the university's ability to recruit new talent regardless of who or what you are booing. Coach Miles knows what is expected of him, and he knows he will be held accountable. If our team does not continue to improve, his job will be in jeopardy. Over the lest 10 years I have slowly watched our fan base devolve into a copy of the stuck up Florida Gator's fan base (but with better tailgating) comprised of mostly band wagoneers and rich fans who were not there pre- BCS era. It makes me sick and I will not be silent about it anymore...I will call out this garbage wherever I hear it and if you call yourself an LSU fan then you will too.

We have better chance to win in the swamp this weekend than if the game was at Tiger Stadium. Sad what our home field has become the past couple years.

When you get thru crying and feeling sorry for yourself, answer this. How many D1 schools would not like to have LSU's fan base at this very moment?

After many years of watching teams with less talent being successful due to better coaching, we now have fantastic talent that barely gets by because of repeated bonehead moves.

What teams, exactly are you talking about that have so much LESS talent and are so much better?

Bama? NOPE
Florida? NOPE
USC? NOPE...

truth is, lots of other team have just as much talent as LSU does.. and there are bonehead moves and mistakes in every game those teams play, too... you are just more aware/sensitive about the ones in LSU games..

This. I'm tired of watching teams with less talent and skill look better because they have a coach.I'm tired of the TCU's and Boise's of the world getting media love for greatness because they play above their ability (coaching).

Please, you don't think LSU teams with the same coaches they have would look better than the Boises and TCUs if they had the same schedule? None of those teams face SEC teams week end and week out...

Better to make your comparisons to Georgia, Auburn, Bama, Florida, or maybe even USC west...

I think that most of y'all need to get out more and realize that maybe, just maybe we aren't the only fanbase that has problems. And if you can wrap that idea around your heads then hopefully you can also come to te conclusion that games have not changed as dramatically as you think over the last x amount of years. I guarantee in 10 years, you same people will be saying "man the crowd sucks compared to 2010." "You see 'team so and so' their fans are s much better than us"
The fact is that we are the ones that make it seem like lsu fans are bad because of a warped sense of reality

Uh, really? Aren't we 10-1 in our last eleven home games?

P.S. The stadium was full in the fourth quarter against Tenn and it was full for most of the fourth quarter against WVU. People need to stop exaggerating the so-called problems in TS.

Relax I agree with you. Let me see if I understand what some of you are saying.

It would be better to have poor talent and no chance to win than have some talent and a chance to win? Who got that talent here?

Fans leave early because of the coach? Really?

Miles is at fault for everything? Yep everything.

You would feel better if we were loosing more games? What a great bunch of fans!!!

WOW we got some real genius' on this board.

obviously you were one of the fans that left in the 4th quarter. By the end of the game only about half the stadium was full. People left before Tennessee scored. But when Tennessee scored, they started leaving in droves. Terrible.

i lived in omaha for a few of the callahan years. they were much, much worse than LSU. if we fell from a 10 to an 8, they fell from a 10 to a 2. and you cant realize it unless you live in Nebraska, but the Huskers are their whole lives. its all they have (and that might sound more insulting than I mean it)

nonetheless, the stadium was packed every week, no boo'ing.

we're 5-0 and the stadium is empty by the fourth quarter.

as a fan base, we suck.

fact!

Are you a travel agent?

Because it sounds like you're trying to send people on a guilt trip.

Oh yeah.

LSU's better off in the Swamp this weekend than it home.

I'm sure LSU could re-schedule the rest of their home games if this were really true?

What...the...frick?

That is completely untrue, as documented in this video:

It wasn't half full when the game was almost over, but I did see people leaving with about 14 minutes left in the 4th while it was a close game. No one should be leaving that early for traffic purposes, so I really don't get why they would want to leave.

bullshite. Most fans spend a lot of money on LSU games. I expect a better product. I sold my season tix for this year b/c I knew how painful the season would be. It was not worth the money to me. After the season started the way it did, I can't even watch the games live any more. It is far easier to be frustrated for 1.5 hours (fast forwarding through commercials) than 3 watching it live. If we sucked all the time, would I go to games? Not a chance. Does that make me less of a fan? No, I simply expect a better product. If we have bad games or bad seasons, will I still attend - absolutely. However, the present debacle has been coming on like a freight train for the last 3 seasons. Time for the administration to do something about it.
