I get it and along with NCAA I don't think he should be eligible either. However in this instance the NCAA and the SEC are not going to circumvent the court order punishing the conferences similar Sornsby and the "pro players."
I'm sorry if you can't be objective enough see it's an apples and oranges comparison.
