He is doing a lot better than the other candidates that some of us wanted
Lincoln Riley and Billy Napier.
I would argue the only coach that we seriously wanted and would have come here that has done better in Lane Kiffin

He walked in an immediately saved our program. Two great seasons for a program headed towards having a 5 win season is worthy of an A.
It's his program now so it will be interesting to see the next 3-4 seasons

I think you have to rate this over the course of his 10 year contract.
Back to back 10 win seasons his first two years here and gets to the conference championship with a depleted team = A+
Still losing 3 games a year in his 7th season = C-

The level of hypocrisy by our fanbase is insane. They look at other coaches and see context and have patience with less success. With our own guy you would think he’s gone 6-6 in back to years after inheriting a loaded roster.

In other words, you cannot have the results he has over his career without being a great coach.

A but he better fire House or my view of him will sour. I don’t blame him for taking his time and doing it professionally, but you cannot field that defense and survive.

He inherited a garbage situation with Malik playing Qb in our bowl game. He beat bama year 1 and could (should ) have a Heisman in year 2. There isn’t a better ceo of a program available. Who else has rehabbed 4 programs ?
