Seems bridges will be burned unless someone concedes

usually a court fight like this can only be resolved with makeup sex.
Not sure how that could happen in this one.

Hopefully LSU packs it up and leaves the SEC. There’s no pleasing this corrupt as hell conference.
I for one wouldn’t mind a change a scenery if I’m being honest.

Hopefully we counter sue and clean the SEC out with lawsuits, take a giant shite on them on our way out, and court into another conference. We don't need this. At worst, it's temporary setback for us because conferences will be merged soon anyway. And that's if LSU doesn't clean house on them without lawsuits making out like a fat cat.
SEC does not know who they messing with apparently. The people in Louisiana are not going to stand up for this with you poking our pride. No matter what happens moving forward they have permanently damaged their reputation with LSU fans. We will not forget this.

Like any group/family, something like this should have been resolved in private. There should have been a sit down and things worked out. Instead, stankey and the SEC decided to put LSU on blast. This may indeed be too fractured to put back together.

Sankey will be fired, and the SEC will go back to hating LSU in silence.

LSU won't leave the SEC. The SEC will not want them to leave. The money that the SEC brings to LSU would be critical. Big 10 or SEC is where schools want to be because of the money.

frick the sec. This is a simple case of them messing up and lsu fixing it.

The conference sure has a funny way of showing that.
They don’t deserve us.

Once the SEC took their stance, LSU should’ve moved on from the pro players.

If we could slide into the Big 10 I think we should seriously consider that. I don't think it's going to happen but if it's on the table and LSU can some way get out of the conference, we should seriously court the opportunity. The amount of defamation from this is bizarre and an obvious colluded effort to degrade LSU's position as a founder member of the SEC at that.

The next step is that LSU and the Great State of Louisiana file a lawsuit against the SEC for defamation to LSU, coach, players, and fans.

Kiffin said that they would’ve followed any ruling that came out.
This conference is the king of double standards. They showed what they really think of LSU. That’s ok. They can figure out how to replace our brand recognition and revenue going forward. Screw em.

Lane is about to go to pound town on the SEC does that count?

Why should they? Because they keep moving goalposts that specifically target LSU? So all of a sudden someone who signs a UDFA contract and never saw a single practice is more "pro" than a guy who participated in multiple NFL mini camps who also got compensated for doing so? Tell me the distinction here and how this is justifiable? We are absolutely not bowing down to bullshite select rules that put us in the central crosshairs despite time and time again the other universities have taken a dump on the SEC offices.
