I will be glad when this whole "[insert color] out" fad passes. I find it tiring.

If you can afford a ticket to the game, you can afford to buy one goddamn shirt.

Here's a great shirt for only $15.

I'm thinking that the players don't give a rip what color shirt the fans wear...especially since those same fans wlll turn on them and boo on a dime.

This is more a favor being asked by the athletic department's marketing branch than a favor being asked by the players.

Frankly, anyone who pays the obscene prices require to attend a game has earned the right to wear whatever color he or she feels like wearing.

Why are certain LSU fans such stubborn jackanapes? Just fricking wear gold. The stadium looks awesome when everyone contributes to the effort.

Your camo overalls will keep a week or two. I promise.

and agreed -- dang -- why all the hardasses at LSU... other schools do it and it looks great on TV.... the RED sea at Wisconsin was incredible.

So why doesnt LSU just provide a cheap gold t-shirt for every seat?

You know good and well you'd just get Mr. Too Cool for school with his lucky camo ducks unlimited shirt that would refuse to wear it anyway. BOOOOO JEFFERSON.

Lsu should provide shirts, every school ive seen on tv oh like state provided shirts when they walked in. You see it a lot. People not wearing anything close to school colors yet in hand when walking to the stadium is a white shirt.

My tickets are so bad that I don't need to worry about being on TV.

They handed out shirts at wisconsin. They do it for penn state, they did it when we played miss state.

So why cant LSU? Like i said, not many people from out of town will know its the gold game.

Other than it says it ON the actual ticket as well as on the LSU schedule on the website and there is an article about it on LSUSports.net so yeah it's been kept under wraps.

Ok and im going to the game, i dont have tickets, nor do i look at lsu sports. This thread is the first ive heard of it and i live on the northshore.

How hard is it to buy a shite load if yellow shirts and hand em out to peeps not wearing any. You would probly only need 10-20kto shirts. That way they slip it on over what they wearing and then take it off later if they please.

They did it with white towels for basketball before that said i bleed purple and gold. Ither schools provide pom poms for all the seats.
