How many coaches have prior nFL experience. Doesn’t that create an unfair advantage.

If a guy goes to a weeks mini camp and becomes a super human pro player with advantages over college kids because of pro coaching.
How is it fair and proper to allow ex pro coaches to coach in college. Shouldn’t they be amateur coaches as welll. It seems this would create an unfair advantage and wouldn’t kids who receive pro coaching in college have advantages over kids who are coached by coaches without pro experience?
NCAA and Sec should pass a rule banning coaches with ex pro coaching experience under their logic and make coaching amateur as well at the college level.
