Again, you’re clueless.

We can get there, but calling Supers a failure with our pitching staff us extremely stupid.

It would have happened in two years IMO. Still sticking with it. Two years.

Expectation for Paul was CWS. Has it changed with Jay for you?

I am guessing you can't detect sarcasm when you see it.

Depending on who returns next year and how the bullpen shakes out, next year is actually probably realistic. Really going to hinge on who we get in the recruiting class and who's sacrificed to the draft.

If we hired the best coach, as we should have, and this guy did a quick turnaround at Arizona, shouldn’t be a problem.

We were close this year with our worst team in decades. We’ll be in Omaha next summer for sure.

It absolutely would be a failure.

We have talent and we’re loaded in the field

We have at least 2 all American caliber players on our team in Morgan and Crews, and really good players in Dugas and Doughty. The talent is there, this isn’t a rebuild

What? I’ll have tempered expectations for next season due to our lack of experienced weekend rotation. 2023 is the next season after that.

I agree with some others...his teams can hit, if he comes in and continues that we'll be fine at the plate.

The mound is what worries me.

We need some of these stud arms to make it to campus and for Coleman and Floyd and Hellmers and Edwards (God and health willing) to take the next step. If we get Selvidge and Lansville to campus, by their sophomore year, Crews and Morgan junior year, we should be a force again.

I expect next year. I am slightly worried that we are trending towards and Arkansas-like team next year. Arkansas had very little pitching to start the year, and injury did not help them. They were as hot of an offense in the SEC, but that offense didn’t show up in the last two games of the supers. I’m all for a dominant offensive team because it’s fun to watch, but we need to get a pitching coach who can develop arms unlike Dunn.

If the back half of the line up can can just be average at the plate and the young pitchers continue to improve, I see no reason not to make a run at the CWS next year. May not get there but no reason to think we can’t.
