"I pray we go to T-Town and shut them up. Poetic Justice, would be going into T-Town with 1 loss, and Bama being undefeated, LSU winning head to head convincingly, and getting into the SEC Championship game, while Bama sits at home. LSU wins the rematch with Georgia."

....and then Alabama has the opportunity to get back to #2 in the country and gets to play LSU in a rematch for the National Championship and beats us....this sound familiar

I had dinner with a very close friend of ZM last night. ZM is making all the right off the field decisions so far this year. ZM knows this is his last chance and money year. He is taking this year a lot more serious than last year. I think ZM will have a solid year with the above mental changes, healthy line, a true OC, and more experienced WR group.

Just my opinion but regardless we need to support him and our Tigers!

Side note... The QB and WR are putting in a lot more work this year leading up to camp than last year.

I can't get that Clemson game out my mind. Fourth quarter, 2nd and 6, Mett rolls right and misses a wide open Landry. That play could have made our season !!

Winning that bowl game would make the season.

Sure.

Could easily be a 3,000 yd guy. Depends on how well the offensive line gels this season.

Perhaps he outperforms those two? He'll get chance barring injury to go head to head. Have some faith silly willy.

don't be over exuberant dumass lee. So far Mett has not given any indications he is capable of out performing those two. Your the same guy who thought Lee was a great QB also so your past record for analyzing QB's tends to suck

Yes, give him a good O Line and he's good to go

I agree with that. With what should be a better O-line, better receivers, better o coordinator and a season under his belt, he should look much better. If he has put in the work in the off season there is no reason to believe the passing game and Mett can't really step it up this season. It would be great if we just got to a level to where other teams defenses had to respect our passing game. It's been a long time since that has been the case.

This. Most will be surprised how good he is. Kinda hard to work through progressions when u feel pressure after one second. Just sayin. Line should be far better than last years's makeshift line. If ZM has the time to do his work, he will light it up this year. Dark horse

Mett is in great position to have a great year. Last year couldve been a transition year for him. With all the OL problems and his first year in the SEC, he had a tough situation.
He got better each game last yr and him not turning the ball over late in the season was big time. He doesnt get near the credit he deserves for that. But he will have no excuses this yr.

If he continues to not turn the ball over and if Hill returns look out.

I am thinking Mett will make Cam Newton and Tebow look like little girls. Mett will have the single greatest season in college football history at any position. He will be the stuff legends are made of. Answer your question?

I'm not sure you can blame that 100% on Mett.
