It changes my TV watching and overall reading habits. Loss means no: gameday final, ESPNU, CBS sports channel etc. No sports page, and little internet reading. No Cox replay on Sunday/Wednesday.

With a win, I watch all that over and over.

I drink more when we lose, I drink more when we win. Simple as that

My life doesn't change, but I do get a little depressed. Of course you do when you put some emotion out there.

Most here will say they've matured to the point that a loss doesn't matter much, but reading the Rant after a loss and its pretty clear a lot of fans go into a deep dark depression with bouts of hysteria.

Win = happy

Loss = really depends on the loss

The way we lost to ole miss and Bama had me down.

It did when I was in the band because my winter break plans were influenced drastically by which bowl game we were going to. Outside of that, it mainly just affects my mood. I was in a deep malaise, emotionally numb, and a little depressed for quite some time after 1/9

winning isn't nearly as fun as it used to be.

when we win, i'm made to feel as if its expected so it's no big deal. like a perennial honor student getting an A.

but when we lose i have to listen to a bunch of babies scream. so that sucks.

basically the peaks and valleys were more extreme when i was younger but now i'm older and there are far more important things in life.

Not a bit. I noticed long, long ago that the sun will rise the next day no matter if LSU wins or not.

It doesn't. When I was in college, I'd be depressed for a week if LSU lost but I've since grown up.

After the SEC Championship game is out the window, I usually hunt more. That's about it.

It takes me 3 days. It used to be a week. But, I'm getting better. As for Wisconsin, prepare your you-know-what ... LSU is Big Boy football, the likes of which you really don't see now in your conference.

I'm bummed for a day and avoid sportstalk. Then I'm fine. I have a brain and outside interests. No killing of opponents trees for me.

I just stop watching or listening to any college football shows until the next game. I fill that time with other forms of entertainment.

I don't go into any kind of depression, I just treat it like any other form of entertainment in that I go away from it when it's not entertaining me.

Transition on 1/9 inside the Dome - 2nd quarter surrounded by AL fans.
Looked at Miles standing on the sidelines in clueless fear and putting JJ back in the game - Just started laughing and decided that something I could not control did not matter.
I will never expect another championship from LSU football. If it happens, great but not going to let it impact my life.
Will still support the team but not emotionally and as much financially, like the days of old.
