Been reading how dangerous he is running, last great running qb we faced , well we know how that turned out. Kinda felt sorry for the guy. Aranda has had a long time to plan for this guy. Its going to be ugly for texas. Im saying we win by 3 touchdowns. Being conservative too.

He is a lot bigger. Not as fast.

But he is going to be surrounded by much better players.

Not even close. He's big and is a powerful runner, not a great arm, very similar (in style) to Tebow.

Coach O even made that comparison today. That's really the only thing I can think of. Maybe Rothlesberger? But that was so long ago (his college days)

They are completely different... the evidence is pretty black and white

We know that Aranda is gonna make him a non factor, so they better have some really great players to take up the slack.

His performance against LSU's D will be very comparable to Jackson.

The players are different but how you defend them (what matters) is not. Hold the edges and pressure up the middle. Spy and contain the QB who’s at his best improvising out of the pocket, disguise blitzes but bring a bunch of different ones, maintain gap discipline, tackle in space.

His arm isn't that bad. He has a better arm than Tebow did in College. He threw for almost 3300 yds and 25 Td's last year.

Don't you believe Tebowe could have thrown for 3,000 yards in that conference?

Absolutely. Tebow threw for over 3K in 2007. He had Percy Harvin and Andre Caldwell to throw too.

Sam is a bruiser at QB not near as elusive. He will put his shoulder down. I’m looking at you Chaisson

Watch the tape. Lots of jump balls that would get picked off in the SEC
