How about O is saying his son has a spot on his staff as soon as he’s done playing?

Already hired his other 2 sons and now this?
Didn’t he try and hire his sons high school coach in 2018 when he was suing Tangi Parish for having mold in a football ops area? If I remember correctly he had to back out because the PR was so bad.
He’s for sure “one of us” and has acting like it. Treating our 100 million dollar football organization like its a fricking family boat repair shop in Lafouche.
It’s just one PR disaster after another with O.

To be fair, their qualifications for an analysts job are just about as good as their old man’s were for the HC job when he got hired

I know that. But I’m genuinely interested in what their position in the staff is and if they have any legitimate qualifications?

Tyler is an offensive analyst. He's been working with the team in various capacities since he was an undergrad when O came here as DL coach.
Parker is an unpaid undergraduate intern.
ETA: I do not know for certain he is unpaid, just that they usually aren't.
