They have shitty crawfish. And I mean shitty. They boil it in water then throw seasoning on top like a dry rub. Chicken fried steak is good, but you can get just as good or better in LA, MS, AL, GA, etc. Tex Mex is top notch though.

I had three Texas guys sitting in the row directly behind me during Monday's game. Every time their guy hit a homerun (there were 5 of them in case you forgot), he would start pounding my back and saying "How'd you like that, podnuh!?!" Unfortunately, he and his group left at the start of the ninth inning before our comeback.
I would have asked him, "How'd you like that, podnuh!?!"

Impossible...only LSU fans can be obnoxious

At least they can now prop open the door to the ladies room as well!

That's pretty tame. Even the "ugly" thread has compliments. Basically, it's completely juvenile to think other schools fans suck and yours are great, while it does provide some comic relief. If I am inclined to brag... it would be about the team... not the fans anyway.

Two very contrasting threads about LSU. One very complimentary and the other filled with hate
Noticed that the complimentary thread was much shorter.
Then again, if we had lost, there probably wouldn't be a complimentary thread.

but their fans are some of the most obnoxious I've seen and have this sense of annoying entitlement.
Are you KIDDING ME???????
Texas INVENTED Annoying Entitlement.
That's why nobody can stand them. I don't know anyone on here who thinks LSU is entitled. We just think and thought that LSU is as good as Texas, and last night we found out that they are better.
They don't call it TexASS for nothing.

I acutally classify it in the Holy Repertoire of Texas cuisine...'cue, chicken fried steak, Tex-Mex, and crawfish boils
I took more offense to this than anything else I read on that board. Those people can have their barely fricking cooked dead cows, their brainless fried foul and their bound-for-the-runs texmex.
But don't lay your hands on crawfish, padna.
As far as this
LINK
Anyone who has to translate LAISSEZ LES BON TEMPS ROULER can't boil crawfish worth a frick.

They called time to review Green's curveball in the dirt that hit the LSU kid on his foot, and then put him on first. Did Green hit another kid that was missed? One of the LSU runs on Mitchell's blasts came as result of a HPB. Mitchell is a beast. I DO NOT want to suggest anything about Mitchell in particular. In point, I do not think his head was abnormally large, or he was bald or anything. But his athleticism was so off the charts. He was fast as hell and strong. He is no doubt a freak of nature and truly God blessed. Just seeing an atlhlete like that does make me wonder if college baseball has a drug policy that is effective in preventing steroid usage. That kid looked better than Barry Bonds did at ASU......... but Barry hadn't juiced yet. Not every future kid can be so freakishly talented, and I wonder if the college game is set up to prevent cheating? Whether college has a good testing program or not matters not really here. I am glad as hell I never have to watch Texas pitch to Mitchell again!! That kid is a beast, period.
I made up my mind, I hate UT fans.

I have news for you...that's how they boil 'em in Lafayette. Lived in the New Orleans area growing up and never witnessed this until I moved to Lafayette. I wouldn't say that they aren't good when you do this, but different.

You're going to the wrong places in laffy, get out the city limits and you'll see what real crawfish boiling is about.

I love the "Mitchell does steroids" bullshite. They're completely oblivious to the fact that J-Mitch was in one of the top strength & conditioning programs in the country and was a WR on one of the best football programs in the country. What do they expect someone like that to look like??
