Is Vegas giving odds on whether the greatest OL in CFB history will be flagged for holding even once?

Oh but it could. Last year it was a fairly called game. But what if they overturned Reid's interception? They could have EASILY. And we would have LOST

the right call was made on that play but I wouldn't expect to get any of those kinds of calls this year.

Mingo and Montgomery will be dragged down to the ground on every play and they are not going to get one holding call

My point exactly. That was a perfect opportunity to spin it Alabama's way if that was their motive. They didnt cash in, which leads me to believe that there was no motive. The SEC does not want a "Replacement Ref," "Touch-ception" type of controversy surrounding their premier game of the year; where a bad call is scrutinized and becomes a reason one team did not win. It will be called as fairly as humanly possible.

Well, they can ignore the holding calls and block in the backs. Oh yea, that's not a penalty in the Bama playbook.

Do you really think refs will make calls to benefit Bama with so many people watching? I don't.

Yes. They have done it before (PP7 interception for one), and will lean toward the team with the better shot at the NC every time. We will have to beat both Bama and the refs, but we know that going in. Can't change it, just win!

I see 2009 again. I one loss SEC team could legitimatly be left out and Bama is the only bell cow left. Hope there won't be phantom holdings and PIs on big plays.

Did u really expect the fighting Irish to get a lot of penalty's ? U haven't watch many ND games. Every one knows ND is all the sport writers darlings! In the past I have seen Nd loose 3 games & still be in the top 10!!!
