Why doesn't Johnny ever call a timeout when the other team hits a shot under 10 seconds left in the half? We're going to lose our 6th timeout anyways.

This will go on all season. These guys have played this way all of their lives.
The only way the fouls will cease is if you get to play 5 on 0 and they will still call a foul or two on a guy sitting on the bench.
