Manning is a hard 3.5 out of 10 quarterback. He’s very consistent. He’s exactly the same every week.

Really dumb question. Sam is just a step below elite and he'll be elite if he ever improves his decision making. He has some the highest % big plays in the country. He's a big play QB. Arch is nowhere in the same stratosphere with Sam and Sam is still getting better every week due to limited practice before the season.
Arch is the entire reason Texas isn't the best team in the country. That team is actually good at every level except QB. If they got better QB play they'd be the undisputed #1 team.

Leavitt is as good as Arch. Maybe better. And he comes without the Manning shitshow. I'm not saying the Mannings would be intentionally disruptive like some families. But at LSU it would inevitably be a three ring circus.
