Supposedly he had some
Issues with tendonitis in his elbow and missed some time this last spring. May have concerned enough teams combined with his signing bonus demand possibly. He seems to be the real deal….my only fear is he has been overused greatly over the years and gets here and has a serious injury….pray that doesn’t happen as we have seen that way too much with young stud arms the last few years. Dude stays healthy he can be a stud for us for 3 years

Skenes was a three-year college player, don’t put unfair expectations on a freshman. He could be very, very good. But he could also need a little development.

Everything I have read about Cam is that he has topped out at 97. If he can actually pitch 100mph as a 17 year old then LSU will have another 13-15 win starter next year.
