He’s going to be after they finished 5-7. I would still prefer Briles over him anyways.

Burn the city if Alleva doesn't throw the checkbook at him.
He'll probably end up in the NFL or land another HC gig somewhere unless someone offers big time cash for a coordinator spot.

That's my thinking as well. I'm not sure if he goes back to coordinator. He seems like he would only take another head coaching gig.

Agreed. I haven’t seen Kinsgbury utilize a RB in his entire tenure at Texas Tech.

Texas Tech isn’t exactly a top tier gig, you think he’d take a G5 head coaching job over a Coordinator position at a big name P5 that pays more?

He’s getting canned at Texas Tech. The next HC gig is a pretty far fall after that.
I think he’d be interested in a big time OC job to restart his career. Having said that, the only way SE isn’t the OC next year is if he retires.
