Hire Bo Pelini or the Wisconsin DC and be done with the MELT

I don't know how much Pelini makes at Youngstown State but I loved that guy as DC and the players did also.
The Wisconsin DC is performing better than Aranda did there and the Big 10 is MUCH better today than it was when Dave was there. The guy is only making $600k according to another post on this board. He played for 10 years in the NFL and was 5'8" 188 pounds. He also played for the Saints in 2013.
The Wiscy guy may not be a great recruiter but neither is Aranda.
But, I want BO !!!!

Jim Leonhard was an All-American at Wisconsin. He isn't leaving them for another DC position anywhere in College.

Wisconsin would up his salary to keep him.
Cryst will get a boost in salary from $2.3 mil to probably close to $3 mil and Leonhard will get paid.

Yeah that didn’t happen under this dumpster fire. Aranda came to work for Les.
ETA no elite DC is coming to work for Orgeron after this year.
