I'm not sure what's considered a save in the NCAA. In the MLB you have to be within 3 runs to record a save, don't know the rule here but he's closed out every game we've won here.

No save today. We had a 5 run lead which doesn't qualify as a save.

Pretty sure you aren't eligible for a save when the team is up 5 runs.

There is a quirky rule for saves if you pitch multiple innings.
