Speaking of Jefferson:

This year, we're spreading the ball to Ja'Marr, Terrace, to Stephen, me. Everybody is getting that love in this offense."

Unbridled expectations.

This isn’t the hire I thought We were going to make, and I really Commend oh for taking a swing and not playing it safe.

I believe OC is just Ensminger’s title. Sounds to me that this will be the Joe Brady show. I never hear about what Ensminger plans, its always Brady.

With Joe Brady and Joe Burrow, I don't see any way LSU loses any games except maybe Bama, and even then, LSU has played Bama closer in Tuscaloosa than they have in Baton Rouge.

Should be 11-1 with a chance to sneak into the playoffs at 4!

Joe is responsible for the passing game - including the RB's. He is also responsible for the new RPO system. The RPO is going to be the fundamental base of the offence. So you will hear more of Joe.

Plus Slinger doesn't want the attention anyway.

"Steve Ensminger as he sits down with reporters: I brought Joe Brady here so I wouldn’t have to answer any of these questions."

It was Matt Canada’s debut as LSU’s offensive coordinator 2 years ago.

The Tigers lined up for their first offensive play in their first game against BYU.

Canada was a highly regarded offensive mind brought in to jazz up LSU’s relatively mundane offensive scheme.

Before that first snap, 2 tight ends went in motion from the right side of the formation to the left before settling into a 3-point stance.

An audible “oooooooh” rose up from the Superdome crowd.

It was as if Canada had revolutionized offensive football, or at least dragged LSU into the 21st Century.

That’s how low the bar had been set for creativity and perception of LSU’s offense.

I remember laughing my arse off at this. It was an absurd amount of shifts and motion, like fan service to assure us things were different.

Ensminger will still be calling plays... I actually think he is a great play caller.

If I remember correctly the whole line shifted except the center. Guice got the handoff and ran into a defender at the line of scrimmage.. just a foreshadowing of that whole season.

Whole lotta pre-snap BS seemingly having no impact on the defense.

You do realize the things people post about you is how they really feel about you? The DV's accumulated should be a key indicator, but for some reason, you ignore it.
