No, it doesn't. There are maybe 10 kickers in all of college football who would make 25 of 26 from the 25 yard line (35 yard kick).

That 10 is being generous.

However, that stat includes MULTIPLE kickers, right?

You do realize that makes the possibility of doing it less likely, correct?

25-26 kicks made by 8 or so kickers is a more easily achievable stat than one kicker kicking 25-26.

Yeah, no.

A bunch of bad kickers aren't going to be more accurate than one good kicker just because of their numbers.

That logic is so flawed I'm actually embarrassed for you.

I was thinking the other day how much better the college kicking game has gotten, there was a time not all that long ago XP attempts were an adventure. Now I see guys at even bad schools nailing 40 yarders with ease.

Kickers keep evolving in the nfl too. Morten andersons field goal percentage compared to todays kickers wouldnt hold a candle

Well, seeing as 25-26 is the stat that already happened...then you're looking pretty dumb, guy.

I guess the odds of winning the lottery become better each year right? I mean, it happened before....

I'm not sure where it finished, but opposing kickers were 12 of 12, or close to, in FGs against LSU after the AU game. That's a pretty insane stat for college.

Oh, now I see the problem. You were incorrect from the beginning and then Thunderbird made more of an incorrect statement by adding 25-26.

quote:

FG's made against LSU after Auburn:

So Miss: Parker Shaunfield 37 Yd Field Goal

Bama: Adam Griffith 25 Yd Field Goal

Ark: Adam McFain 24 Yd Field Goal

UF: Eddy Pineiro 36 Yd Field Goal
Eddy Pineiro 26 Yd Field Goal
Eddy Pineiro 34 Yd Field Goal

Texas A&M: Daniel LaCamera 49 Yd Field Goal

Louisville: Blanton Creque 24 Yd Field Goal
Blanton Creque 47 Yd Field Goal
Blanton Creque 30 Yd Field Goal

Not sure if you can count...that's 10 made.

Dumb as hell stats...leader in fg% gave up 37 td vs 3 fg...
I would still say our defense is a top 10 defense...

Better? It was freakin awesome in the red zone this year...Giving up FG's are better than giving up TD's, am I right?

I'm not sure if you struggle with reading, simple grammar, or both. "Or close to" in that statement indicates it was an approximation, not an exact number.

I'd deflect if I were you too. You have to try and take the attention off of some of the retarded shite you've posted in this thread somehow.

ETA:

1. I wasn't talking abut kicks made in games played after Auburn. I said "after the Auburn game", meaning after the Auburn game was played (i.e. the first 4 games of the season) opponents were "something like" 12 of 12.

2. Thunderbird is talking season total, which is 25 of 26.

3. After Auburn, teams made 12 FG's against LSU, not 10 you fricking mouthbreather. You should check your own math before calling out someone else next tim.

Try comprehending what you read and learn to count before attempting to engage others. It helps you not look fricking dumb.
