this guy doesn't give a shite about us he is just saving face, nothing more,nothing less. And if you think he is being honest then you are wrong. It probably pissed him off even more when we beat his precious OSU in the title game.

Well, he's stil choking on the big one after saying App had no business being on the field with Michigan, the Les Miles screw up and he's afraid to come to BR later for Gameday if he doesnt play nicey nice... and suck up. I think he's about as arrogant as you can get....

I disagree. I still think they had no business being on the field with Michigan.
And I feel the same way about Ohio State playing Youngstown State. No reason for this(though, I'll at least give him credit in saying it was where Tressel used to coach).
Either way, until App State enters our division, they should play in their own. Along with all other lower division schools.

Man, the rant can be pretty damn unbelievable sometimes. More than sometimes. Here's an example:
Hirbstreit: LSU is the most dominant football team I have ever seen. There has never been a better team in the history of college football. I don't think any team will score on them this year. I think they could beat the New England Patriots.
The Rant: Holy crap! Did you hear what Kirk said? What a freaking idiot. He said that he thinks LSU COULD beat the pats. Not that we would, but only that maybe we could. He hates LSU, what a jerk!
Some of you people need to stop running from the helicopters and try to enjoy this thing we call college football. Kirk totally bashed the Big 10 on Saturday. He said that they are the brunt of every joke by the SEC and most of the nation. And he said they deserve to be right now. Until they win a meaningful OOC game or BCS bowl game. And he played in the Big 10!

No one outside of Boone, North Carolina thought App had any business being on the field with Michigan. But regardless of how amazing and timeless the upset was, it's still ridiculous that these D-1 powerhouses are scheduling 1-AA teams. I don't care what App did to Michigan, it's still just a way for big schools to pad their schedules.
If Appy State beats LSU, they should be immediately expelled from Division 1-AA and be thrust into the SEC, though. But that won't happen.

A revilement of Lee Corso and a love for LA and LSU are about the only things James Carville and I agree on (but they are important).
