of the national title game ... also compares the Big10 to the WAC and Mountain West and Conference USA.

There's no way the system will keep LSU out of it.

All that said, I think Bama 23, LSU 13.

Second video that plays at that same link is Brad Edwards who also says that LSU controls its own destiny in the national title race.

Herbie: "Forgive me, Father Les, for I have sinned against you."

Father Les: "Say ten Hail LSU's over the next couple of years on ESPN Gameday and you will be absolved."

Herbie: "Thank you, Father"

I'd be really surprised if Bama scores 23

Mark May also just said "LSU is a lock for the BCS national championship game if they win out, no question."

Well if they win out they will have beaten all the SEC west teams and then more than likely beat Florida in the SEC chamionship game

they are hedging their bets. Just in case we do win out, they still don't think we can though, but I do like how he reference us to a stealth bomber. We just need to go in there and shock alabama and awe Ole miss, La Tech and Arky.

Another interesting thing is kirk just did a hit job on the Big 10. He compare them to Conference USA , MWA and WaC, and say they are perceive as weak. So even if Iowa goes undefeated they will not get another national title shot until their OCC wins start to look alot more respectable.

Yeah that's simply stating the obvious.

Notice not once in that did he mention our only loss in that scenario is to the number one team, Florida.

Because stating that might not make it quite so Nostradamus.

You can't go all year saying Florida is half that game then not admit LSU if we only barely lost the first time then beat them when it counts after our schedule.

Sorry. We have the wheel here. They're just along for the ride.

Up to us if we don't get there.

Week 9 and LSU's NC hopes are being discussed in the media, we are 7-1, and we control our own destiny. Hell you couldn't ask for much better at this point.

I'm sorry but we do not have a national championship caliber team.

That happened last time and we still won it.

The question becomes, does anyone else.

If the answer is "Who freaking knows, then the answer is whoever wins the game".
