Noticed some game photos of Charlie Alexander with his helmet covered in stickers. Would like to see the stickers on the helmet return like Michigan and Ohio State currently do. Anyone know the story on LSU's use of the helmet award stickers?

The helmets are perfect the way they are.

Every play is magnificent for us. Don’t need stickers to count them

It was a 1970s fad. Ohio State kept it because there's room on the bland helmet.

It was insane. You almost had to horse-collar a guy.

Stickers are for 7 year olds. Grown arse men being paid millions shouldn't need a sticker to be motivated.

Should go to gray face masks. I hate all these white helmets, etc crap. Keep.it simple like Alabama does. Do recall they wore white helmets inbthe 80s against Lsu in TS. That lasted about 2 weeks
