If that's true, fire her. The only saving grace was good returners and incoming recruits.

Heard this last week too. But until that happens I wouldn’t worry about it.

Damn.
That’s basically the whole team, excluding of course the graduates.

Hopefully that means NIL is being taken away from softball and moved to football/baseball

I give two shits if they all leave. Beth has to go regardless.

Firing Torina will a blessing in disguise for her.

For us it will be...be carefull what we wish for....the next person might not get us to post season

Torina is a good enough coach, to get another job at a place with better NIL money where she can attract the talent to win.

With our massive investment in football and mens basketball we have barely anything for wbb and baseball...and both these programs have won national championships.

This is already showing in baseball and I think the day Coach Kim Mulkey retires...that program might drop a notch below where it is right now to say the least.....

NIL is killing the down ballot sports, everywhere....not just LSU...

I feel like we hear this every season though.

She has a big class so the others listed beside Edwards and Heavener wouldn’t be very surprising. I wouldn’t be shocked if Heavener is disappointed in her development to this point.

Kids want to play and all these might've combined for 40 ABs/ 5 IPs next season.
The Texas schools are bigger spenders and will always be trying to poach Tori.

357 mentioned a long time ago some donors who gave a lot to softball over the years were over the Beth era so I would imagine our NIL is weak.

However, I’m sure everyone’s NIL outside of Tech, OU, and Texas in softball is weak anyway

In the NIL era, money talks. If the program boosters want Beth gone, all they have to do is withhold their donations and wait. Sounds like maybe that’s what’s happening. Wasn’t Heavener supposed to be a dominant force in the circle and make an immediate impact? She’s shown signs of how good she can be, but she’s been very inconsistent. A good pitch coach can help, but unfortunately we’ve got Beth in that role.

I mean she has had plenty of outings where she was completely dominant. The walks is what get her in trouble sometimes.
