also notice Vern could not get the words out that LSU wins- rather he said" LSU remains undefeated.

If he doesn't go down Ryan Baker gets a lifetime hightlight moment. Baker is streaking at him and veres off.

If I hadn't known better, only listening to the OT replay, I would have thought it was the Alabama network announcers...

True. I'm also wondering if the shoe were on the other foot, how many ignorant bama fans would be posting that TM7 made Dre's arse quit? Gumps are a classless bunch for sure.

I kept re-winding it the night of the game. I believe Mccarron freaked when he saw TM7 on the line blitzing. He wasn't going to stand there for very long!

Big Sam was right in front. That's why Mc went down.

Goes to show you our qb not the only one to get sacked on a pivotal play. If we would have thrown that defensive play at them, TR wouldn't have got those big gainers on the dump offs.

Perhaps Alabama QB decided to avoid total disaster and chose to go down to avoid a fumble and get the the ball in the center of the field.

If you look close at the 13 second mark, you can see TR actually run underneath and between the O-lineman and Montgomery. Think he did more harm than good on that attempted check block.

1st down=Trent drops pass, 2nd down= Trent drops pass 3rd down= Trent gives 1/2 arse block that leads to the sack....not a good way for next HT winner to end the game
