Hannagriff said Les was calling the plays THE WHOLE GAME. He never said "Les TOOK OVER the playcalling", he said, "it is clear that Les is the one calling the plays". Les had the playcard sheet in his hand in the first quarter.

People saw his play card out and acted like he's never had one and assumed he was calling the plays. It is pure speculation and that's it.

Les actually put the play sheets away in the 3rd quarter.

Yep. The speculators have said the play calls changed in the second half, and there was no way ti was Crowton. Supposedly, it was because Les was muttering the plays under a play sheet with his mouth hidden.
I just watched the replay, and Les did not have a play sheet that I saw in the fourth, while we were on offense. Now, whether or not he was making the calls, obviously I don't know for sure... but after watching the replay, I think he was NOT calling the plays.

Actually, it was a Waffle House menu. He likes the pretty colors

I am guessing here, but I don't think so.

Tell me a head coach that does not have a play sheet on his person?
Does that mean he was calling the plays? No.
Does that mean he was calling the plays? No.

the eternal quest to implicate Les and playcalling may be my favorite of all the nega-tiger ploys. Its as if the guy we are paying big bank to run the ship should be tarred and feathered if he ever calls a play.

I saw Les on TV, pacing the sidelines with the playsheet, in the 2nd quarter.
This was the drive where we were looking great running and throwing down field over the middle, but then JJ blew it with a dumb arse INT in the red zone.
I think Miles took over THEN.

Well, it isn't "rant speculation". I've heard it since last night...and this is actually the last place I've seen it.
That said, I've heard---
Post halftime
4th quarter
midway thru the 2nd quarter
So I, like most, have NO CLUE what the truth is. I do know this. I also heard that the AU game last year was called by Les. If that's so, and if he was calling the second half/4th quarter, I'm ready for Crow to go and Les to call the plays. Problem is, I just don't know what to believe.

I had a thread on the scoreboard about this. I have it DVR'd where after one of SR's big runs around the right side the camera panned to Les and he put his mic down to his mouth and clearly said "run it again". He had a playsheet in his hand at the time too.
So yeah i would say Les is at minimum overriding play calls at this point in the game.
More reason to get rid of GC and his outrageous salary.

yea, but it was Crowtons playcard....after Les had about 20 minutes to look it over, he figured out there was not a productive play on it.
He used it as a coaster at half.
Figured he could call I formation off tackle with or with out a playcard and build it from there.......like we need with this years squad.

Definitely. Watch the replay. CLM was absolutely running the offense from the phones. Thus the 17 points.

We drove down the field in the 3rd and Les didn't have them.. then Jefferson threw the pick.
