Has Tommy White’s surgery hindered him more than we anticipated?

Just doesn’t seem to have the same “pop” as before. Maybe his shoulder is bothering him.

He hit a foul ball 113 mph in the game today.

He’s just still getting his timing down.

He also was robbed of a base hit by a tremendous play from their infielder.

He wasn’t robbed of anything. The ball landed in a glove, not grass.

Curious why his two strike stance changed this year. Seems to have worked pretty well last year for it to have gone away. Radio announcers have been questioning lately as well.

I’ve muttered “Jesus Christ” almost every at bat. He’s angry. When it clicks for him. Jesus Christ

It seems like everyone else on the team is more patient at the plate and gets the pitchers deep in the count. Tommy stands out with first and second pitch swings at anything within range, often resulting in ground outs or pop ups. It’s like he feels he can hit any pitch out of the park if he can touch it, so swing!

”Robbed” is a term in baseball where a great hit resulted in an out due to the fielder making a difficult and incredible play.

You should watch baseball more, it’s a great game.

It may take some time. I don't think he swung a bat this fall. He had some loud outs the last 2 days. Maybe he's getting close.

The infielder tweaked his shoulder diving/laying out for the ball on an average play.

The infielder was 2B playing on the SS side of second base and had to lay out to get to the ball and made a throw from the grass. Very average.

Nothing average about a middle infielder making a Diving play across the bag on the grass and throwing him out in college especially at a school like NDSU.

Nahh he's still pissing all over balls just not always hitting em where they aint.

I pray to God teams follow NDSU's lead and keep shifting him. What a joke.. have you seen his freshman or sophomore tape???

Talk ab pulling in superman's cape. Please... let's give Tanks even more of a reason to go up the middle and the other way

No
I think missing all of fall ball doesn’t have him in the best spot right now
You can’t substitute live pitching

He’s had some really hard hits right at people

He’s not gonna see the pitches he saw last year batting with crews

Hit a fly out to the deepest part of the yard last night and as some alluded to has had very loud outs. It’s only a matter of time.

Which play are you talking about cause there was nothing average about that play. In fact the announcers said that was major league level play

Do you how many people would love to be so called struggling while batting over .300?
