It wouldn’t surprise me.. use to live on LSU/Harvard and that house has been fortified up since I left. Last I heard, he was trying to secure a lot more real estate in the neighborhood

I thought he lived in the back of Riverbend down the street from where McMahon still lives. Not sure if that’s true

Interesting that Brian Kelly said as an aside in an interview that “Lane tried to buy my house.” CBK was asking a couple million. I’m sure Lane could have afforded it if he wanted it.

Yes, El Cid is still there. Lived there 1990 - 1993. ??

I actually lived @ El Cid and it was a great place to live. But that was back in 1974-75.
Lived in Goodrich Apartments next door (generic brand El Cid) in the late 80's. 2 BR with a roommate and paid ~$120 a month turnkey. Walk across street to LSU golf course for $2.50 twilight (shirts must be worn in pro shop), walk to class, walk to LSU events, crash Embassy Apartments Sunday pool party, walk or catch a ride to Fred's on Thursdays, single mom upstairs let do laundry at her place after I "fixed" her brake light by jiggling the bulb. I don't even remember where nearest restaurant/sandwich shop was. Probably AM Mart on Brightside.
I now own 3 vehicles, a golf cart, a mini-bike, and 2 boats along with a handful of kayaks. I dropped $120 on marine polish and wax last week.
I think 20 yr old me is winning.

heard Lane bought 2 new construction houses near each other. One for his ex and one for him. Put a pickle ball court in his backyard.
I am sure he bought it under a LLC name so weirdos can't find it to easily and prevent slip and fall lawsuits.
There was one person saying they just checked. It's super weird for someone to check weekly just to see where he lives.
