Ok…? In case you haven’t noticed Mr. “No Time Like The Present”, running backs at all levels of the game are basically what CEH was in 2019. We’ve struggled at RB for 3 years and before that we had a 30+ year stretch of Fournette, Guice, Addai, Faulk, Scott, and just phenomenal running back after phenomenal running back. You’re wrong and a complete idiot to even imply that we’re not a RB school

Where is who exactly? 50 year old Kevin Faulk? Do you even watch football or does your dumb arse think running backs have 15 year NFL careers or something? Just since 2000 we’ve had Faulk, Addai, Fournette, Hill, Ridley, Hester, and CEH who had or have very solid NFL careers off the top of my head and Guice would’ve had a great career too if he wasn’t a headcase.

I mean how fricking stupid are you? Do I really have to explain that we’ve had good running backs but most of them are out of the league because the average RB’s career is 5-7 years at the most in the NFL?

OK. Let's take it from the top. If LSU is an RB school, where are they today on the field inside Tiger Stadium, Baton Rouge, LA and on the roster in the fall of 2023?? Jeez...

The point, which should have been obvious, was that Louisiana has a history of producing talented RBs. The implication being that Kelly’s history with RBs at Notre Dame probably doesn’t matter much in the long run. To which you replied “delusional.”

Nobody said we have a top 10 RB on the roster right now. Trey Holly may or may not turn out to be that guy eventually, but he’s a true freshman.

If your point is simply that we lack a proven RB at the moment, congratulations for stating the obvious.

So 3 years of bad running backs undoes 30-40 years of consistently great running backs? Sure thing moron

Delusional. Nick Saban is the absolute king in this department. He cranks them out every freaking year. It’s a never ending parade of Heisman, caliber running backs. Keep it real.

A RB school not THE

It’s like saying LSU isn’t a good program because Bama is the best.
