Has any former college champion been a 22 point dog the next year?

Coouch O’s tenure at LSU has definitely been a legacy of many firsts, both negative and positive. Regardless of where fans stand now, none of us really have a clue as to how his tenure will unfold over the next three years.

Are we no longer even a college team? What did we get demoted down to?

I doubt it. And I agree, it’s really hard to say what the future holds for O and LSU, could go either way at this point, but the fact that we are recruiting so well is comforting

TBH, except for the special teams, the rest hasn’t looked much like a college football team.

It was comforting for fans when Miles was getting top recruits to sign with LSU, will he turn into another Miles with an ego?

Let you in on a secret. LSU is not the same team this year.

23 points will not be enough if we play like we did against Auburn!

Some things are easier to predict than others. For instance, it’s a pretty safe bet to say Alabama will be competing for a playoff spot the next 3 years. Its easy to see Ole Miss will be improved but not become elite under Kiffin. What happens with LSU going forward is pretty damn hard to prognosticate.

If we're within 5 touchdowns, I would consider that to be a success. Alabama is going to be able to name its score, so hopefully they will have a little mercy on us. Of course, Saban is going to get great joy out of humiliating us on national television in Tiger Stadium.

Still breaking hearts, last year it was the heart of SEC fans, this year it's the purple and gold. We all would love to see a shift in that. Break Saban's!

Probably not, but probably not as well has there ever been so much loss. Toss in your DC and OC in waiting guru and this is what you get.

Especially after Ed's post locker room rant getting out about whipping their arse every time we see them.

Yeah but how many of them have lost 30+ players immediately following? The attrition is the worst it has ever been. I think Coach O will right the ship. He didn’t have a championship team by accident.

Auburn against LSU in 2011 was 20+. I can’t imagine the iron bowl was much less.

All things point to take Alabama minus the points. But there’s enough young Tiger talent that are now more seasoned to stay clear from betting on this one.
