Hard to imagine 2003 LSU om game was almost 25 yrs ago

I’ve been to ox numerous times for lsu game. That was by far biggest one.
Eli fell down. They cried.
It was glorious.
Through my years of going there with my rowdy friends we’ve seen a lot.
I’m telling you these people hate us and it’s gonna be bad Saturday.
It’s not just college kids.
The men and women are pathetic and arrogant.
The town is somewhat cool, and thinking back the hot girls are approachable or at least were to us.
One quick story, I will share I forget what year it was. I think Mettenberger was the quarterback. We leave early from the game because we’ve been drinking and go to this bar. There’s not many people in there and some a-hole is sitting down the bar from us and he shouts out frick Billy Cannon and my buddy who has no filter yells frick Chucky Mullins back to him and you can imagine what happened after then. Luckily there wasn’t a whole lot of people in there , but we went back-and-forth and got kicked out but it was pretty tense there for a moment.
Good luck if you’re going.
I expect us to win and expect them to act stupid.

Why people with no self control go to road games is beyond me. if your skin is so thin you can't ignore than, just do everyone a favor and stay home.

That was the last time we went to Oxford. Those people were beyond PISSED after Manning was sacked. I can’t imagine what it will be like for LSU fans regardless of the outcome.

Agreed.
But sometimes the assholes on the other side are so unbearable that you can't ignore them...even if you try. After the Clemson game I was walking to my truck and there were a couple of LSU douchebags just relentlessly yelling at a couple of Clemson fans who were just walking to their car. The Clemson fans weren't saying anything antagonistic back. They were just trying to ignore the assholes who just kept following them. Finally, it got close to physical before some cops stepped in, but the Clemson fans were doing all they could to avoid it at first.

On the other hand, this might be one of the lamest reasons to get into a fight. People yelling bad things about players you don't even personally know and who haven't been relevant in decades?

One of the best games I’ve attended.
