I imagine he gets fired.

Does that make you feel much better?

Bruh O had the fricking governor of the state in Ish's ear and the kid still went to Bama.

Ish’s dad works for JBE’s brother doesn’t he?

Hope Ish got taken care of enough on the front end to pay for Rodney’s college because he won’t have a scholarship to Bama next year.

Have you ever heard him say “this ones one me” after a game or “I need to do better” which is what 95% of other coaches do? No he’s never said that he’s always blaming players, coaches, assistants, other coaches cheat in recruiting and he doesn’t. He’s never taken responsibility for anything negative and he never shields his players.

Interesting you feel this way, as misguided and untrue as this statement is

after Alabama game
quote:

“After review of the film — an extensive review — all day yesterday, No. 1 is coach better. It starts with me,” Orgeron told reporters. “Coach better, put our guys in better position. Schemes could’ve been better. Our guys did a good job for the most part, but there are some things we could’ve done better for our team.”

After the State loss last year
quote:

"That was, uh ... that was not ... that was a bad performance," Orgeron said. "I totally take the blame. I'm going to get this team right. We're going to continue. We're going to stay the course."

After the Florida loss this year
quote:

Orgeron took the blame for the loss. "Put it on me," Orgeron said. "It's always on me when we lose."

After the Troy loss
quote:

"We have to fight hard. I have to be a leader and I have to do my best job ever right now. It’s not about pointing fingers. It’s about everyone looking in the mirror and getting better. It starts with me. I took the blame the first time and I will take it again.

quote:

I wish I could have had that first down back. I wanted (Darrel Williams) to get the ball, but our third string back got the ball. I should have done a better job of game planning.

quote:

I make all the calls. Everything goes through me. I should have checked it, and I didn’t. Everything goes through me, so no pointing fingers at anybody.

quote:

I always look at myself first and look at what we do in practice and I always go back to the scripts and what we ran and what we did.

quote:

Back to the drawing board. I think we tried less motions and shifts so we could have less penalties and have more execution and it didn’t work. We tried a new quarterback and it didn’t work. We have to just do a better job of coaching.

After the Alabama loss last year
quote:

“We came here to fight, and nobody likes losing, but you know what? These guys believed the whole week. I’m proud of this football team. There’s some good young men in there. I hurt for them. I wish I could’ve made better decisions for them to help them win the game. That’s all.”

Dammit. I think somebody is owed an apology. It won't phase him though, he'll shuffle seamlessly to the next group of complaints designed to belittle and insult a man that's probably never done a damn thing to him. Probably doesn't even know him.

Hanny said we won’t beat Bama as long as we get outrecruited in the trenches. Is he wrong?

Clemson didn't outrecruit Bama in the trenches. How did that turn out?

k. What if Orgeron doesn’t win the SEC west or get into the playoffs in two years. What should happen? How long should Orgeron be give to win those things before it’s time to try and find someone else who could?

The answer is...

Theyll never want him fired as long as he is losing 3 or 4 games. There will always be some excuse. Its never ending.
Its amazing how quickly 3.5 losses a year and a shite offense became tout worthy.

Watch out now. Youre shitting on their biggest talking point. Dont you know you need at least 3 NFL DRAFTED(has to be drafted per a few of them)olineman to have success against bama?
Dont ever mention that Clemson has had 1 olineman drafted since 2007.

No more excuses this year. It's do or die time. Loss to Bama is to be expected. But this 3 loss season is acceptable mentality is BS.

I think we get it done this year given Burrow coming back, the schedule, and experience. Anything less than 11 win season is underachieving IMO.

You mean Clemson plays Bama great when they have an incredible qb? Didn’t they score 6 pts last year with the same oline? I wonder what the difference was

Bama didn't have an incredible QB, and upgrade as well from previous year with Tua?

Orgeron was hired to turn LSU's talent into conference championships and playoff runs. The idea when Miles was fired is that LSU just needed a couple "tweeks" and O was the guy to bump LSU back up to an elite collegiate program again.

This is absolutely false. O was hired because he was viewed by those in power as the best option when Herman and Jimbo turned us down. He is a stopgap at best and a terrible, lazy hire at worst. The administration is not under any pretenses that Orgeron is the answer to LSUs problems. He'll simply keep butts in seats and money flowing. Until he doesn't.. Saban has nothing to do with anything. We could compete if we wanted to work for it but "we're" content with simply being a top 10 revenue generating sports program.

There's a lot of truth here but O may very well believe that this is his chance to prove that he can do it. He's doing a good job. 2019 will tell everyone a lot.

I can’t see the future, but I’m also not a head in the sand shill like you.

I’ll permaban from this site if LSU wins the SEC, the West, or makes the CFP in 2020.

So u think Dabo is leavin Clemson for LSU? Because he is literally the only coach that has beaten St Nick and he's only .500 the last 4 years.
