The lack of turnovers was really the only thing I liked about Canada's offense.

I don't know if that's a system thing or the result of having a senior QB, junior stud RB, senior #2 RB, two senior WRs, and a heady junior TE.

That's a good point. But, with only one season to go on at LSU, I guess we will never know.

The offense was the same offense we had been runnng with less pre-snap movement.

But I don't think that had anything to do with the turnovers.

One was the Brosette fumble that put him on the bench for a while

The head coach is responsible for the product on the field in every sport on every level. Don't be ridiculous.

It's a pretty simple concept; the head coach is ultimately held accountable for the team's performance.

He said it after the game, well at least before he started throwing people under the bus. Why is this difficult for you to accept?

It’s the truth. As with any success, also any faults lie with the HC.

If it’s not his responsibility for how the team looks and is prepared for a game, who’s responsibility is it?

Yup, The buck stops there. But the OC is ABSOLUTELY responsible for the offense he fields.

Only an O-Basher would claim otherwise.

There are a lot of football guys on this site. Are you SERIOUSLY taking the stand that the OC is NOT responsible for the offense he fields? Really?

When asked about meddling in Matt Canada’s offense Ed Orgeron stated “I’m the head coach, we do what I want to do”

Buckeye “that’s the OCs fault.”

Lmfao these people are complete religious fanatics.

No. I'm laughing at the notion that you're saying only an O basher would say that it's the head coach's responsibility to have his team ready to play which is what was said initially. On top of that, the head coach hires the OC and while of course they are responsible for the offensive production, the head coach is the only one with a win/loss record for a reason.

Eta: here is the exchange...
