Who is your favorite of the two? Gotta say I love both of them but I’m not sure who is the better fit

I haven't seen enough of either tbh

Both will play starter minutes

Harris and Vincent will likely be playing more FS. Hampton and Stevens will be playing more SS.
Stevens and Hampton will probably be on the field a lot together with Stevens playing a hybrid role.

I know who I’d rather in CF

Hampton. Prior to Harris’ injury, he was getting beat all over the field.

Both will play plenty.
In the limited snaps I’ve seen Hampton plays like Delpit close to the line because he can hit hard.
It’s nice the depth and veterans we have in the secondary.

Projected 1st round talent out of high school. Kid is a stud with a bat and in the field. Potentially the closest 5 tool player since Bregman.

Hampton.
Hampton has shown to be a good cover guy and excellent run stopper and that's just from the small sample size of the last few games. When he subbed for Delpit I felt more confident in the position in terms of run stopping.
Will be interesting to see his talents on the diamond this spring too.

Wanted Harris to be good but he wasn't playing well when he was in

When our all american starting safety went down in the national championship, I wasn't concerned at all. Hampton is a stud.

Hampton at his size is more of a box player
Harris has shown some ball skills. He’s your CF type.
I don’t see how they get around not moving Stevens to LB

I think Jordan toles could play a lot too
Marcel Brooks should slide back more into a safety hybrid role

Harris was terrible in coverage to start the season and was the guy who blew coverage in the AtM loss last year. He actually tackled really well though and averaged like 10 a game. Hampton brings the lumber and can cover.

Marcel Brooks can be every bit of what Simmons is for Clemson
