Why are we listed second if we’re tied? We’re ranked higher and come first alphabetically

Not that it matters except for what event we start on but tie breaker usually looks at dropped scores. We dropped two falls so unless Oregon State had more falls then we probably lose the tie break. Not sure if that is still the case.

Place Team Score
1 Louisiana State University 197.375
1 Oregon State University 197.375
3 University of Georgia 197.000
4 University of Nebraska 195.375

I think that’s the breaker for postseason, so we will be 2nd in this session, but we may get Olympic order on Sunday.

They put her on floor earlier but that’s really not her event. They could switch her and sierra on beam and make it pay off. Jay just seems so stubborn unless forced to make changes.

If we do lose any tie breaker, then we better be damn thankful UGA didn’t take advantage because they were right on our heels.

Per LSU article

quote:

The top two finishers from each second round session will face off in the regional final at 6 p.m. CT on Sunday, April 2. The top two teams from the regional final will advance to the NCAA Championships.

All sessions of the Denver Regional will be streamed on ESPN Plus with Steve Schlanger and Ashley Miles Greig on the call. The Tigers will begin the meet on beam. If the squad advances to regional finals they will begin on vault.

I’m pretty sure Haleigh beat Jade for AA! They said Jade needed a 10 on beam to tie Haleigh and she got a 9.95. Awesome!

I kinda liked starting on beam. Get it out of the way. Starting on bars wouldn’t have be terrible.

You may be right, 357. I thought the seeding order remained the same as this round.

Just checked…depending on scores, they could start on Floor…..damnit

The starting order for Sunday is based on NQS placement; so, the no.2 NQS in that meet starts on vault. Assuming Michigan advances, that would be us.
