Is it a big improvement?
Because les went 9-3 his last full year as HC.
10-3 doesn’t feel like a HUGE improvement.
Feels about the same.

A big improvement would have included beating bama and perhaps playing in Atlanta. That would have warranted the designation, big improvement. Even a season that included being blownout by State and a looss to Troy could have been deemed a big improvement with a win over bama.
LSU finished third in the division and has to beat Notre Dame to garner that 10 win season you have, quite generously, already bestowed upon them.
It was more of the same. A coach you can't understand leading a team that's playing in a consolation bowl.
At least the coaching staff isn't in disarray, oh wait.
We'll have to bide our time until next year so we can revisit and gauge the pulse of the program with additional clarity.

Feels worse to me. At least the 9-3 was against the number 2 (to 6 depending on the source) ranked strength of schedule.the SEC was PATHETIC this year and last for the most part.
