You beat me to it. Toole was one of the highlights from my undergrad years. He was my buddy and was constantly trying to get my girlfriends to be his "wrestling women" whatever that meant. He was superfantastic and I miss that guy. I hope he's doing well.
I remember him running up and down the aisles/stairs at basketball games and football games: "TOUCHDOWN EMMIT SMITH!!!!"

About 3 years ago there was some white kid in the student section that used to shake and have convulsions as if he were possessed. He made it on the big screen a few times. It was awesome.

the dude in the upper front row at the basketball games sits about 10 row behind me, wife doesn't like it, but he is a diehard fan, he lead the cheering when the girls beat NC in new orleans last year, we sat behind him at that game, moved 5 min in the game

Superfan Toole. That guy was classic. He wasn't completely right in the head...in a RainMan kinda way. I had a math class with him and he was pretty quick with numbers. His social skills were a little below the norm...he would blurt out answers and stuff and he always wore his DeLasalle Middle School t-shirts, which he had long since grown out of. He was a big MC Hammer fan if I recall right. Great fan...he never missed a men's or women's basketball game.
