Which is also a misdmeanor. Hes not going to do jail time for 2 misdmeanors
we shall see what happens on the 16th. Judge could have quashed this motion when it amended the probation.

I predict Hill will not play another down at LSU and will transfer to Southern to finish his playing until declaring for NFL draft.
I predict that Jack Del Rio and Bill Cowher will both be the coach at LSU in 5 years.
Neither one of our predictions will happen

no because the motion wasnt up for the original hearing. And thats what hearings are for..either granting or denying (quashing). Quit handwringing. Hill will be back after a suspension.

The judge isn't going to revoke his probation for the blowjob. The fight had nothing to do with it.

in theory they most definitely COULD....but in light of the other proceedings and increased probation it is highly unlikely at this point, and leaning more towards formality. People would not even be talking about this hearing if the moron Matt Harris for the advocate hadn't written a BS pot stirring article on the subject.

Does A&M let Manziel go? He even was sentenced to 2 days of jail.

Sumlin needs to stop hiding behind "the program" and let talented, troubled Manziel go.

it all depends on the hearing on August 16th. That is why Miles is waiting. If the judge grants the Pro's request to revoke the plea deal...Hill is gone.
If the judge doesnt revoke...who knows.

the fight violated his probation, in more than one manner...which was the essence of his deal for the carnal Knowledge.

Cpt stop pretending like you know something. The Battery charge was in front of Judge Mike Irwin. The carnal knowledge is in front of Jackson. Erwin couldn't do anything to Jackson's probation.
Further, Judge's dont quash a Rule to Revoke. They will discuss it on the 16th, and the Judge will make a decision. FTR, I think Hill stipulates that he violated probation (obviously) and he gets some slight probation amendment. (extension, curfew, community service, etc.)

Miles can't do anything until the assistant DA decides what she will do with the probation violation.

Doesn't matter. People violate probation with worse offenses and still don't see a jail cell.

ADA can't make any decisions on the probation.

Miles knows exactly what he plans on doing and he has no reason to wait it he is going to kick Hill off the team.
