Who's that coach on the Notre Dame sideline in the 1997 Independence Bowl against us starting around 2:46 through around 2:58?
On a side note, I loved this game. Good River Parishes product running wild in this one.

Urban Meyer.
As Apollo Creed says at the end of Rocky III, "DING DING."
Another side note, the Wikipedia entry for Rondell Mealey states that he works at Marathon and the source it cites is none other than Tiger Droppings.

I never realized he was on the ND staff at that time. Also Mark Roman was a beast

WTF was their QB doing at the 6:00 mark?

When is the last time an LSU player got 34 carries in a game?

In 1990, while still the linebacker coach at Illinois State, he called Toledo head coach Nick Saban's home and spoke to Saban's wife to inquire if a position was available. Saban, however, never returned the call. Saban later said "I was so kind of caught up and busy with what I was doing, I never really followed up on that. Obviously, that was a huge mistake on my part because the guy's a fantastic coach.

Been wanting this uni combination a long time. Much better than all purple.

I was at the game. This was back before the " different unis each week" like there is now. When LSU took the field everyone one was WTF! But I liked them. Cold as hell and wet that night.

I watched that game at a friend's camp down in Montegut. We hunted ducks that day and watched the game and then played bourre all night. Good times.
