Miami is all these analyst picks to get in, not because they think their good, but go look at that schedule. They play 1 ranked team, fsu... and fsu is likely taking a few steps way back losing 6 all American or 1st team all acc kids (qb, wr, wr, de, de, dt). Must be nice

Why not?

It will obviously suck to come in 2nd in SEC CG or BIG 10 CG. You get stuck as a 5 seed playing a G5 school in round 1

All depends on other conferences. When acc is dog poo, not gonna get 3 teams in. Big 12 gonna all beat each other, and not the same quality as sec so won't get high # . Big ten will likely get 1 less then sec, and maybe more. Cab you imagine iowa actually being given playoff spot last year with top 5 worst offense in the nation, simply because they play 2 teams with talent.

Hopefully strength of opponent and all that is used appropriately, and if so, sec will get as many teams as is deserved.

Miami could be ranked #9 & Utah could be #11, but they are the #3 & #4 seed for winning their conference

Still I can’t see Miami having less than 3 losses at minimum.
