Playing in a nationally televised bowl game for your school against a major opponent is every bit as contributory to your school's recruitment efforts as well. If Greedy decides not to play, he is throwing away a chance to help the school that helped HIM. Make your school look good on TV in a bowl game. THAT will catch the attention of those wannabe db's.

Greedy was a first rounder BEFORE the season began. According to your logic, he should have sat out the entire season. You say don't judge. Sorry, we all make judgements based upon what we see. If he wants to sit out the bowl game for his own selfish reasons, I see a quitter and a giant pussy.
