GREAT SEASON GUYS!!!!

We finished 10-2 in the SEC. That is about 4 wins more than most people predicted. We were not playing for a bowl yesterday (a la UGA, Tenn) and we do not have our head coach getting shite canned after the game (a la Miami & Vandy). Rather, we were 1 game away from a BCS bowl game and finish with a 10 win season! Great season!!!

Lots of highs and lows wish we could have ended the regular season on a high but thats life. Thanks Tigers for a great season.

I was about to post the same thing.
I will take 10-2 in an off year
with losses against an undefeated AU and now 10-2 ARKY
with wins over UNC, WV, BAMA, FLA, UT, Moo St. and Ole Miss.
This was all the more evident to me while watching UGA scratchin and clawin against a mediocre GT team just to be--wait for it--
bowl eligible. SEC can be a rough place to pile up wins.
Yeah, we weren't perfect, butI am as proud of this team's fight as any I remember. If we can fix the QB problem next year, look out.

Some can nit pick this season all they want, but when your team is playing its last regular season game and still has a shot at a BCS bowl...you had a fine season and one to be proud of rather than one to piss and moan bout.
Thanks Tigers for playing hard and giving me a successful football season.
It might not have always been pretty, but you got the job done a lot more times than not and that's all a fan can ask.
Now, go enjoy your bowl game reward and try to get me a win while you do. 10 was nice, but 11 will be even better!

I'll take a 10 and 2 playing in the toughest conference in the land with only 9 seniors. Yes improvement needs to be made, But this has to be the youngest team in the league.

If you understand what a trend is, which I doubt, then LSU wins more than 10 regular season games next year.

No! It has been a very good season, but not a "GREAT SEASON." Great season would havew been a BCS bowl game (came within one game) an a SuperGreat season would be an undefeated one, playing in the NC game.
The bad part of all this is that we didn't make a great or supergreat season because of inept coaching. Only excellent play by a bunch of talented athletes allowed the season to be a very good one.
