I don’t know the answer to this but i would love to see a statement made by Aranda and O. It would show the aggies that their money won’t buy wins and force them to pay big money to a lesser candidate to Aranda. But we have to be careful because they could very well come back with an even larger offer,

I would imagine it will be similar to the weekend with local media putting a few things out

Just FYI, someone from the Coaching Changes board just posted that DA is leaning toward leaving due to JA not wanting to match the amount aTm is offering.

Andddddd.....It got whacked real quick!

Update: I got it
By lsusteltz16

Take it for what it's worth.

My source is saying Aranda is leaning towards leaving as JA doesn't want to match as he doesn't see a dc worth that much money.

candidates are:

1. Clancy pendergast for obvious reasons.

2. Corey Raymond

as for OC, briles won't be approved so it's looking like sarkisian will be announced Sunday as long as atl doesn't continue to win.

I get so tired of people talking about their "sources" and acting they're insiders with some sort of state secrets. They guess right a few times and people will believe anything they say. Guess wrong and they simply say, "my source is normally reliable. Something must have happened to change things."

"Sources" is generally the same thing as "fairly educated guess." No one is going to prison if they tell us if the source is a coach or someone in the AD office. Silly stuff.

But weren't going to get into a bidding war for a head coach. Nice.

This is only a post I saw on the coaches board that I was able to grab before it was whacked, I honestly think he is staying but want the official announcement

Leaving LSU for A&M is not the offer he's waiting for, and he knows LSU will match any offer within reason.

If he's staying, Alleva has little to nothing to do with it.

A&M insider specifically doubled down on Aranda to A&M in response to a poster questioning him on THIS thread.
