Depends on how loyal they are.

JJ is still formally charged with battery. He should remain suspended even though it's a misdemeanor. According to his attorney, JJ has said all along he did nothing but apparently the grand jury disagreed based on the evidence. The only difference now is the GJ decided the victim wasn't significantly injured enough to raise the charge to second degree.

This has just started for JJ/JJ. There will be much civil litigation on the way.

You do realize that the GJ just determined he probably kicked a defenseless guy in the head, right? He ain't coming back anytime soon

But we've been told by 'experts' for weeks now that a kick in the head isn't simple battery...which would mean, given that logic, that the GJ determined JJ struck someone, but not necessarily kicked 'a defenseless guy in the head'. Big difference.

He got a misdemeanor. Quit whining about it. It's over.

You'd be surprised how many misdeamenors charges are on this team. Some, like our b/u QB have a few. Move on.

I'm on the fence on his return, simply due to all of the players wearing the #9s on their arm the last 4 games. I don't want him nearthe team, but CLM needs to be careful to not lose the team if the congregation wants him back. It sounds stupid, but players are also loyal to their peeps.

You do realize that the GJ just decides if there is enough evidence to take it to trial right? This does not convict him of anything. How can you say he probably did something when you have no idea what evidence was presented? All this means is that the GJ decided the evidence is sufficient to let a trial decided if he's guilty or innocent.

the defensive players probably don't give a shite. the offensive players probably think Lee is better. If this divides the locker room then Les probably lost his team a long time ago anyway.
