Surge on Burbank and Lee has decent food and it's got games/bowling/etc.
We've taken the 12-15 yr Olds there before Baseball games a few times.They have a full bar too for adults.

idk exactly what you are looking for when you say "fun" place and "good" place to eat, as sometimes those may not go hand in had; but Loft18 is a newer establishment on Constitution. I believe that it has numerous activities that may be entertaining for teenagers, and maybe even you. I can't say anything about the quality of the food.
