Well, I think Mondo is a Swedish citizen as well as a US citizen.

It’s not. There’s a 3 year waiting period to transfer allegiance. He will certainly be competing for Sweden in 2021 and transferring after the 2021 world championships would mean sitting out the 23 world championships and the 24 Olympics.
